School Social Worker Certification/Approval Required

Part Time – 2 days per week
Proposed Start Date 2008-2009 School Year

 

  

Summary:
The preferred candidate will have the ability to develop IEP goals; assess students’ progress; keep parents updated on student progress; advocate for students on caseload; have school social work experience. Work closely with special and general education teachers. This position is HEA affiliated.

Responsibilities:
Provide counseling/therapeutic support to special education and general education students and their families.

Building –       Holly Elementary, Davisburg Elementary

Reports to -    Janet Stack-Miller, Special Education Director
