Social Studies Teacher

 

Summary – The preferred candidate will be highly qualified to teach social studies (RX) at the high school level; have a passion for inspiring students; be a team player; have experience delivering instruction through technology and be committed to professional growth. Experience with extra-curricular activities and high school athletics preferred. Experience credit may be granted for public school teaching. This position is HEA affiliated.

Responsibilities - Provide instruction in social studies, economics and government at the high school (9-12) levels; participate in school improvement plan; communicate with parents through district provided technology in a timely manner;
